The code
The software is licensed separately from this site. When it is released, the control plane will be available under AGPL-3.0-or-later and the SDKs under Apache-2.0, and those licences, not anything on this site, govern its use. The source is not public yet.
The name
The Subact ID name and logo belong to the provider named above. The code licences do not cover them. How they may be used — to refer to the project, or on a fork — is set out in a trademark policy that will be published with the source.
